I would recommend bumping up your land count to 24 if you are planning to run 6 CMC cards to reliably play them by turn 9 or 10. I like the idea of the deck, it seems pretty fun to play but I would also add some card draw to make sure you have back up for your creatures.

I think exalted is a hub, w/u is a must, voltron is a maybe, and I think flyers is one. maybe tribal.

I'd say throw in some Pride of the Clouds, cause they are super good in W/U flying decks.

Also, maybe think of some Wall of Denials. They cost one more than Fog Bank, sure, but they are a hellofalot harder to kill. And you can make them cheaper to cast with your Warden of Evos Isle

I might want to keep the Fog Banks though, because they counter trample and can block any amount of combat damage, not just 8. Their only weakness in comparison is direct damage cards, but they will get boosted by favorable winds as well, so that will mitigate some of that damage, so for one U, if I have a warden out, it seems like the better card. I may be wrong though
