I overlooked Mangara of Corondor and not a bad move, but the only part I don't like is summoning sickness and/or the stack!

Overall though I do really like the decks layout.

What do you think about Magewright's Stone? Would help getting your general some more tutoring.

Really like the deck, do you think it would be viable/worth building it on budget?

darksmash333 thanks! I think it depends highly on what think as budget. There isn't many that expensive cards in this deck. I'd say Avacyn, Angel of Hope is 100% must, Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre has been the wincon many many times. That leaves Azusa, Lost but Seeking and Flagstones of Trokair (from the cards with price above $20) but even those are pretty important for managain.

I would recommend getting the most important cards (you think) first and keep making additions later on if you're not ready paying this much money at once. I'd say the most important ones are Sisay, Avacyn, legendary lands, destroy spells and Reki, the History of Kamigawa

darksmash333 no prob. The new Ulamog is definitely worse. I did contemplated having both but decided not to get the new one. Milling isn't that effective in commander, especially when rest of the deck isn't milling. It would take about 4 turns after Ulamog to win and that's a lot. But if you already have it, then by all means add it. Wouldn't buy though.
