A mono blue deck based on Illusions and counter spells. Most of the creatures I want to put in this deck are destroyed when targeted by a spells, so many of the cards counter or give hexproof. Dose equipping count as a a spell targeting a creature? if so I need to remove Mask of Avacyn.
