The idea is control, and the end goal is the Deceiver Exarch + Splinter Twin infinite combo to end the game as early as turn four. Avoid effects or cards that cause you to shuffle your library, because the Scry mechanic is the name of the game. Counter what you don't like, burn or zap what you can't counter, and Scry to the card you need. Flash Deceiver Exarch if you can take what they lay down, and then Splinter Twin it the next turn.... Game over. Looking for improvements or suggestions. The following 3 areas are the foundation of the deck: 1) Field Control - control what is on the field by COUNTERING or DESTROYING what is problematic 2) Deck Control - Scry and draw-card spells that put what you need into your hand. 3) Combo - ending the game with infinite 1/4 attackers with haste.
