ARISTOCRATS, WITH ARTIFACTS

Honestly, was brewing this one up for a while. Didn't really know where to begin. Artifacts are fantastic permanents. They generate so much value! But, how can I turn artifact sacrifice into value? It's super easy to churn through a deck with artifacts, but how does one grind out a win with artifact sacrifice. This is the question I hope to answer

A few notes to bear in mind though. I decided to go all out on budget. I know, I know, I usually build budget builds. However, this is a major challenge set to myself. How does one grind out a game? Also, Dalakos, while not the most filled with value, can help ramp us and turn stuff into extra value, so hes the commander here. A close second would be Brudiclad though.
