Copy of SoloWithMyHan's Artifact Burn deck. Credit to them for the initial skeleton, which I've tweaked for my current cardlist and to remove Veteran Motorist and Smuggler's Copter which seemed like expensive cards shoehorned in to fit the aggro meta.

Obvious theme is to get as many Reckless Fireweaver onto the field with Panharmonicon and spam Artifacts.

Quicksmith Genius , Filigree Familiar , Metalspinner's Puzzleknot and Prophetic Prism allow us to keep drawing cards and prevent an empty hand.

As it is a budget deck, I am using only 1 spare Inspiring Vantage that I have whilst putting in 3 copies of Evolving Wilds to help draw into my basics.

Note regarding Filigree Familiar: The card is slightly better than Thraben Inspector in this deck as the lifegain trigger is another means of staying alive especially with Panharmonicon triggers. The Familiar also provides a slightly larger body on the field whilst having the draw effect on death. The only difference is Panharmonicon can create multiple clues vs multiple instances of lifegain.
