The living weapons provide a nice shield acting as chump blockers but as each one falls the equipments can be moved onto one of the others making them stronger assuring that the more you block, the better your blockers. Sudden Dissappearance and Venser, the Sojourner can temporarily exile the empty living weapons so when they return to the battlefield you get refreshed blockers making boardwipes useless against you. The Etched Champion cards are just good cuz theyre practically guaranteed protection from colors in this deck. Also a decent combo is Phyrexian Rebirth then play Puresteel Paladin and equip all the empty equipments onto your brand new horror token. Its now huge and has a variety of nifty attributes, probably haste among them, meaning your swing with your massive creature with no blockers in the way and probably winning the game. Have fun.
