This deck is based on a lot of little combos. The commander is for mid or lategame card draw and protection but not needed to win. You may use Muzzio, Visionary Architect or Arcum Dagsson as commander.

First of all you need to bring out your mana base. You should get about 10-15 mana in turn 5-6.

After that you get tutor artifacts to get what you need.

Most of the combos use charge counters so whatch out for them.
