So, I've updated the creature base, replacing the three of the four original creatures with other equally frighting one, to prevent Em from destroying herself should it happen that I polymorph into two of her.
I've also added Pluse of the Grid to allow for card draw, and recycle any creature card that I might draw. The decision of Pulse was mostly based on its ability to be recycled if you have fewer cards than the opponent.
Not really, I prefer to keep it as cheap as possible, as to prevent it from ending where my infect deck is (I'm still missing a playset of Inkmoth Nexus, but that's too expensive for four cards atm)... So nothing more expensive than what is already here.. Unless there is a very good reason ;)
What did you have in mind?

Counterspell and/or Muddle the Mixture
Path to Exile or Swords to Plowshares
Day of Judgment or Martial Coup
Dramatic Rescue, Snapback, or Vapor Snag
Lands:
Academy Ruins, Adarkar Wastes, Azorius Chancery, Azorius Guildgate, Boreal Shelf, Flagstones of Trokair, Flooded Strand + Hallowed Fountain , Glacial Fortress, Forbidding Watchtower, Minamo, School at Water's Edge, Seachrome Coast...

I want to keep it modern legal so Counterspell is not an option. I like Muddle the Mixture, but since it only have CMC 2 I would only be able to transmute it into Raise the Alarm of which I already have a whole playset.
I'm already considering changing Unmake for Path to Exile once I get my hands on a payset of them, but I don't like giving my opponent more life, when I don't have any alternative wincon, which is why I probably wont be using Swords to Plowshares.
Since 7 CMC is pretty expensive in this deck, I'm not sure what to think about Martial Coup, but I can do 4 CMC, so I'll be considering Day of Judgment.
I used to do some simulations with Fabricate in the deck, where I never got to use it... I could just have been really unlucky, so maybe someday...
Something like vaporsnag or Dramatic Rescue could be a cheaper replacement for AEtherspouts.
Worship is so good I'll definitely add it as soon as I get it, and knows what to take out.
As for the lands, I like Academy Ruins so It will probably be on my list the next time I go to buy cards..
I don't really have a good argument for not adding Adarkar Wastes except just not liking it...
I know from my Elf combos that lands like Azorius Chancery make an excellent combo with scrylands, but it might slow this deck down.
There are better alternatives to Azorius Guildgate and Boreal Shelf.
I don't get why Flagstones of Trokair? I don't have anything that sacrifices lands..
Flooded Strand is just too expensive where I live, especially since I would need a whole playset of them, I might do Hallowed Fountain, but again, it's pretty expensive.
Glacial Fortress (or Prairie Stream) might be a good way to add more duallands to the deck
I don't quite get why Forbidding Watchtower? Though I guess I could sacrifice it to get Emrakul into play.
Minamo, School at Water's Edge is pretty expensive, and I would probably only buy one anyway, but I like it's ability to give Emrakul "vigilance".
Although Scars of Mirrodin was one of my favourite blocks, I never really liked the lands like Seachrome Coast, they always seem to enter the battlefield tapped.

Sorry, didn't really look at the legalities for Counterspell.
Forbidding Watchtower because you will sometimes get unlucky and just not get any tokens.
Flagstones of Trokair just because of land hate in modern like Ghost Quarter
I did that set of cards in about fifteen minutes so I'm sure I missed stuff.
