Our most potent combo piece is in our command zone. Ashaya, Soul of the Wild will turn all nontoken creatures into lands. A creature that can untap two lands can then go infinite by untapping both itself and another land with her on board. A creature like Quirion Ranger can return itself to hand to untap a dork that taps for more than one mana, like Priest of Titania repeatedly, netting the same result. Combining this with one of the deck's many draw engines will result in an immediate win if the deck is not disrupted.

Yisan, the Wanderer Bard is a one card combo enabler that works with Ashaya on board. The minimum required mana for this line to work is
- 1 Use Yisan’s first verse to grab Quiron Ranger (spend )
- 2 Return Quirion to hand to untap Yisan
- 3 Use Yisan’s second verse to grab Lotus Cobra (spend )
- 4 Lotus Cobra enters as a land and triggers, netting you one mana
- 5 Use one mana to cast Quirion Ranger triggering Lotus Cobra again (netting one mana).
- 6 Tap a creature for mana (you can tap Yisan for mana since it’s also a land) and return Quirion to hand to untap the creature you just tapped for mana. (You now have two mana)
- 7 You can now repeat steps 5-6 to net one mana each cycle (we use the mana from the Lotus Cobra triggers to keep recasting Quirion Ranger and net positive mana each time we tap a creature for mana).
- 8 After making all the mana you want, cast and return Quirion to untap and reuse Yisan’s ability to verse 3, 4+ to eventually find a creature based outlet. (Verse 3 can be Eternal Witness if all your outlets are in the Graveyard; Verse 4 can find Nylea, Keen-Eyed, Verse 6 can find Woodland Bellower)
Don’t be afraid to use Yisan to advance your board state on your path to assembling infinite mana. Sometimes it’s smart to grab combo pieces (outlets, lotus cobra, etc), stax pieces (Collector Ouphe), ramp (dorks/priest of titania), or protection (Destiny Spinner/Allosaurus Shepherd) to keep your game plan alive.
