My take on a Dimir Mill Deck

Drain out the opponents library with heavy, but cheap, mill spells like Glimpse the Unthinkable or Mind Funeral. Ashiok, Nightmare Muse helps to thin the library further and even gives you blockers. Ashiok, Dream Render disables Fetches and also mills 20 cards if he dies without being damaged. I found that Merfolk Secretkeeper is a perfect fit, as it is able to mill but is also a good blocker if you need one fast. To slow the opponent down, we have counterspells and 4 times removal. If we can't deal with our opponent with counterspells and target removal because he plays too much too early, we have the cheap boardwipe with Bontu's Last Reckoning, which also slows us down, but as it costs only three mana we are likely to still have mana left for a negate or essence scatter in the opponents turn. Night's Whisper to keep our hand going.
