My take on an "Exile Matters" theme in Oathbreaker, filled with some of my favorite blue-black goodstuff.

Strategies: - Mill to exile for value with many cards (processors, Ashiok, Nightmare Muse, etc.) while denying recursion. - Mill regularly to kill faster (Mind Funeral, Consuming Aberration, Dire Fleet Swallower) for value with a few cards (Scarab God, Animate Dead) - Counter anything that would attempt to ruin your schemes - Find Etrata and assassinate them - If all else fails, copying their things or smashing them with Eldrazi usually works well

Reasonable Upgrades: Fraying Sanity for some combo insta-kills
