The only thing I don't really Like here is the Traumatize . It just seems Like a waste on turn 5.

I have, and they were in there at one point. My concern is a time issue. Let's say the game lasts 10 turns. You can't have curse out any earlier than turn 3, so thats 7 turns it will be active for 14 cards milled. That not bad I suppose, but if you get it out any later it seems like you'd be better off just having another Archive Trap ? am i crazy?

Depends on who you play I suppose. None of the people I play with search their decks very often, so I'd have to pay the mana costs...which makes it play later then the Tome cards.

On the flip side my mill deck is no where as effiecent as yours

Have you considered running a couple Ghost Quarter to make the Archive Trap s more valuable? It's good metagaming too against Tron and greedy decks who don't run basics.

Honestly, a Crypt Incursion as even a one of wouldn't be bad at all in here to stay alive.

Fraying Sanity is a must have. My dimir mill hinges on Archive Trap + Fraying Sanity + Ghost Quarter if you have two of either fraying or the trap you mill 52 cards in one turn, as soon as turn 4.

Good call, I've had my eye on it but couldn't figure out anything I felt comfortable enough removing. For now, I'll try it instead of the 4x Jace's Erasure.

Hey there fellow mill player. I really like this build for the Tutelage + Archivist mill combo. To make that even stronger, you may want to consider Forgotten Creation and/or Pull from Tomorrow. I'm not sure if creation would be too slow but they're both Cheap options to test out as another way to draw an insane amount of cards.

Additionally, when playing tutelage mill you cannot forget about Visions of Beyond. It's practically an Ancestral Recall for mill decks!

Hopefully I've given you some ideas to fiddle with. Best of luck!

1x Crucible of Worlds for Hedron Crab+fetch lands and deck thinning. Maybe sideboard Ghost Quarter, Hurkyl's Recall.
