Thorn of the Black Rose makes us the Monarch
Guildsworn Prowler conditional draw on dying while not blocking, pair with Deadly Dispute
Morbid Opportunist Draw a card once per turn when a creature dies. Handy draw

Cauldron of Souls Political tool and one to keep our creatures alive, make deals to save enemy creatures to our advantage
Back in Town Bring back key Assassins for triggers or useful abilities, plus can get back out [glasspool mimic] too
Patriarch's Bidding Helps opponents too but with all but 2 of our creatures being assassins, we will be able to use it better than others unless they're tribal like us but we can take out a few of them.

Glasspool Mimic
Copy whatever we want or need of our nonlegendary creatures, plus can be a land if we need it
Etrata, Deadly Fugitive Let's us steal our opponents stuff, might be good or bad but we can flip or cast them for 4 mana
Mari, the Killing Quill give our rogues and assassins without death touch death touch, plus some draw
Ravenloft Adventurer does a lot for a little for us
Protection
Eel Umbra Flash, +1/+1 and totem armor, great instant speed protection for creatures we want and need
Necrogen Communion Toxic 2 and returns the creature to the battlefield when they die
Keep Safe a counterspell tha cantrips but only can be used against something that targets a permanent we control
Dark Dabbling Regen 1 creature and draw a card, or later after having some instant and sorceries in your yard Regen all
Fake Your Own Death make a treasure and keep a creature around
Not Dead After All makes us a treasure and
Undying Evil Gives Undying to a creature to keep them alive. Synergizes well with

Phyrexian Tribute Removal for artifacts which isn't a thing in blue or black
Nekrataal Removal on a body, also pairs well with Double Down making two and removing two creatures possibly
Feed the Swarm one of the only ways to handle enchantments in Dimir, also can kill a creature if needed

Not a great counterspell but handy at times when they tap out and we need one, also a land to make our drops when we need it
Callidus Assassin copies a target and kills them
Cruel Sadist Removal and combos with persist well, plus combos with Lurking Deadeye or Rooftop Assassin to kill things too.

Virtus the Veiled Half an opponents life rounded up on a hit, deals a whole lot and can setup the win for us
Vraska, Scheming Gorgon we're here for the value and power of the Ultimate for killing a player with our many death touch assassins

Phyresis Outbreak Poison each opponent, give their creatures -1/-1 for each poison counter on them can be big, removing most blockers in the way of us going in for lethal
River's Rebuke Remove one players board to finish them out
Hooded Blightfang Helps all our Death touch creatures. They drain foes as we take out our foes with attacks, draining them for 1 each with each death toucher attacking. Swing with 4, that's 4 life each without even connecting.
Etrata, the Silencer An alternate wincon for us by knocking out an opponent. Combos really well with Mari, the Killing Quill and Ravenloft Adventurer
