So I was at the Prerelease last night and I pulled a Scourge of Skola Vale . I ended up playing a sort of Azorius Control, so I didn't get to use it. It was a pretty decent card and seemed fun to play with, so I had to try something out with it.

This is gonna mostly be a casual deck, but I might do some more serious stuff too. Though, if I do any serious dueling, I'll have to make this not revolve completely around the Scourge :P

Card Rundown<

Scourge of Skola Vale -- Main part of the deck. Get stuff on the field and feed it to this guy.

Assemble the Legion -- Good food dispenser, also gives me some blockers while Scourge is eating.

Boros Reckoner -- It's...Boros Reckoner. Like really.

Xenagos, the Reveler -- I just have three of these and wanted to use one. Also gives some good mana and some decent meals for the Scourge.

Domri Rade -- Again, I just have had one since the beginning of Gatecrash and have never used it. He's also just a pretty damn good addition.

Xenagos, God of Revels -- 1. A possible high class meal. 2. Does some good stuff to make things better :D

Karametra, God of Harvests -- 1. The highest class meal that the Scourge can have in this deck. 2. Can give me a shock if I need them.

Yoked Ox + Giant Growth -- The Ox is an awesome bit of fast food for your Hydra, also being amped by Giant Growth to turn it into a turn 4 9/9.

Alpha Authority -- Protect the Scourge from pesky burn and give him a smaller target when being blocked.

Deadly Recluse -- Basically a green Doom Blade but better. Can also be eaten if his usefulness has worn out otherwise.

Fanatic of Xenagos -- Good early game damage, and a pretty quality meal at the end of his summoning turn if tribute wasn't payed.

Angelic Wall -- Great food, good flying defense.

Burst of Strength -- Give your Scourge a counter, plus allow it to eat twice in a turn.

Chosen by Heliod -- Turns smaller creatures into more quality meals, plus card draw.

And I feel as though I can either hold out until I get a Scourge on the field, or just buff a few guys with enchantments and counters and hope for the best.
