I have been wanting to get back to playing a control deck but wasn't sure in which combination I wanted to do so. I have devised this as a pretty fun deck that I will flesh out more when Fate is done with its reveals. Any advice is very welcome.

Dissipate, Dissolve,Nullify(Negate in sideboard if opponent deck is not creature heavy): The core of my counterspelling.

Hero's Downfall, Murderous Cut: Black removal

Dig Through Time: Card draw assistance.

Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver: Card mill plus can put up creatures.

Ugin, the Spirit Dragon: Great all around. Works well with this deck:

Perilous Vault: Kill all the things! And.....

------On the offensive----------Ornithopter,Ensoul Artifact: These two together for a CMC of 2 to create a 5/5 flyer, or add Ensoul Artifact to Perilous Vault or Darksteel Citadel to create a 5/5 on the ground.

Pearl Lake Ancient: Another late game finisher option.

Additionally attacking with creatures that have been exiled by Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver.
