This deck makes an attempt to use Atraxa, Praetors' Voice in a stax shell with cards like Tangle Wire. The main win condition is Flash + Protean Hulk . Thrasios, Triton Hero and Tymna the Weaver would make for better commanders, but I enjoy the proliferate synergies.

Locks

Stasis

Stasis in combination with Garruk Wildspeaker, Teferi, Temporal Archmage or Pentad Prism with Atraxa, Praetors' Voice make untap steps a thing of the past. Root Maze also stops new land drops from breaking the locks.

Contamination or Smokestack

Token producers like Elspeth, Sun's Champion or Bitterblossom will keep these things running.

Back to Basics

Back to Basics with Root Maze or Thalia, Heretic Cathar stops decks with a greedy manabase. With fetchlands entering tapped, fetching basics is no answer to Back to Basics anymore.

Atraxa, Praetors' Voice

Tangle Wire and Parallax Tide can stay on the table. With Doubling Season, they can even keep ticking up. Static Orb with Tangle Wire locks up the game completely.

Combos

Flash Hulk

1. Flash (or Necromancy) a Protean Hulk.
2. Get Karmic Guide and Viscera Seer.
3. Get back Protean Hulk and sacrifice it.
4. Get Saffi Eriksdotter and Blood Artist (+ 2 more cmc).
5. Loop Saffi Eriksdotter and Karmic Guide for Blood Artist drain.

Saffi Loops

(You need Saffi Eriksdotter, Renegade Rallier/Karmic Guide, Viscera Seer and Blood Artist in play.)

1. Sacrifice Saffi Eriksdotter, target Renegade Rallier/Karmic Guide (drain with Blood Artist).
2. Sacrifice Renegade Rallier/Karmic Guide to Viscera Seer (drain with Blood Artist).
3. Get back Renegade Rallier/Karmic Guide, target Saffi Eriksdotter.
4. Get back Saffi Eriksdotter and repeat the loop.

Relic Warden Loops

(You need Blood Artist in play.)

1. Play Animate Dead(, Dance of the Dead or Necromancy), target Leonin Relic-Warder
2. Exile Animate Dead with Leonin Relic-Warder
3. Leonin Relic-Warder is sacrificed (drain with Blood Artist).
4. Get back Animate Dead, repeat the loop.
