This is a Terminus + Astral Slide deck. It's a reasonably cheap approach on a 4fun miracle deck to play with friends (PS: I say 'reasonably' because I slammed 4x Spara's Headquarters, otherwise the deck only costs about 20 bucks). The deck cycles for cards and tries to hit terminus on your opponent's turn for a cheap instant board removal. In the meantime, the deck survives by generating tempo advantages through early/mid game.
Engine
Cycling + Astral Slide will exiles creatures from the battlefield until EOT. This means keeping opponent creatures in check, saving your creatures from attackers, removals and even your own Terminus (astral trigger goes on top of the stack, so you get to exile your dude, wipe the board, and put your dude back EOT). Since we have "flicker like" effects, having creatures with good ETB effects will give you quite a lot of value. The main creature to keep you from running out of gas is Tilling Treefolk (aka "We have Life from the Loam at home").
Early Game
Early game strategy is a defensive tempo gameplay. You want to reach your land drops and bounce/counter/block/remove things. Don't be too afraid of using Memory Lapse here, as it not only buys you time, it also denies your opponent's next draw step. This is also when Predict becomes deceptively good, as you'll know the top card of opponent's deck and thus be able to mill it and draw 2 cards. This is specially good if the top card is a big threat, so milling it will ensure a smoother gameplay for you.
Mid Game
Mid game is about setting up your engine by trying to hit the Astral Slide + Tilling Treefolk combo. Here, you will start cycling during your opponent's turn to either (1) hit a Terminus on the first draw, (2) bounce your Treefolk (can be done after declaring it as a blocker to save it and get it's ETB effect by EOT), or (3) bounce a troublessome creature on your opponent's side if needed. This process also fuels your hand with new cards from the cycling ability, so you should start noticing you are digging faster through your deck while trying to hit your land drops and key cards.
Late Game
You start your late game stage when you add Drake Haven to your engine. From now on, every cycle and/or discard you do can be turned into a 2/2 flier for a single extra mana. Assuming you got your Astral Slide(s) in play you can start cycling like crazy and abuse the Life from the Loam effect from your Treefolk.
