Greetings, mortals. I'm designing my first Pauper EDH deck and the commander is none other than Astrapi, the Spellheart Chimera.

I would like to get some Splice going, but in 100-card Pauper Singleton, I'm not sure the density of Arcane spells would be high enough to warrant it.

I'd also like to add more cheap draw spells in place of Artifact mana ramp to fuel the Chimera's turn-three cast.
