This is a synergy deck, with a few powerful cards that are threads by themselves. Build you mana quickly into Prophet of Kruphix to outrace your opponent, or awake Nylea, God of the Hunt to be a living Wall against attacking creatures. Kiora's Follower has a ton of synergy with Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx, Bow of Nylea and even Gyre Sage, as it can usually add at least a couple of mana.

Arbor Colossus, Nylea, God of the Hunt and Polukranos, World Eater are not only threats by themselves, but also fantastic mana sinkers. Sylvan Primordial is huge, can destroy some annoying permanents and helps you ramp even a bit further.

Courser of Kruphix gives you simply a lot, and is a perfect precursor to Kiora, the Crashing Wave, who can accelerate your mana base, protect you or finish your opponent if you have already stabilized. Prime Speaker Zegana can end lots of games, and an attacking Kalonian Hydra can double it's counters, being four times more dangerous if you play Mistcutter Hydra on the next turn.

You will notice that the only White card in the deck is Ajani, Mentor of Heroes. Even though adding a couple more temples for him can slow down the mana base, in this deck scrying out mana dorks or unnecesary lands can be quite a difference. Also, he has a lot of synergy with the deck. Hi can turn your Sylvan Caryatids and Courser of Kruphix into even bigger blockers, ramp inmediately 3 mana with Gyre Sage or deepen into your deck looking for new threads or missing combo pieces, while sending mana dorks to the bottom of the library.

I didn't like the fact that Elvish Mystic didn't do anything appart from adding a single Green mana. They were replaced with the two remaining Kiora's Follower, which even at middle or late game can add some value to the deck, and Gyre Sage, which grows over time, adding more and more mana, and becoming a better blocker or attacker if needed over the time.

I also added the two Sylvan Primordials from the sideboard to the maindeck, as they allow me to destroy some permanents like Underworld Connections-enchanted lands, Sphere of Detention, Banishing Light, God Weapons and even Planeswalkers. I liked the things Prophet of Kruphix allows that I also maindecked the one I had at the sideboard.

At last, I completely dropped Kalonian Tusker and Reverent Hunter, and one of the Nylea, God of the Hunt, lessening the devotion subtheme to just two Nylea, to make some space for more ramp options.

The changes I made have resulted quite effective, as now I can ramp more consistently, I have lessened the problema of excess of mana dorks in late game or expensive creatures at early game and even have some answers to problematic permanents!
