I built this mostly because I like dragons, but I really love Atarka's effect especially.

The plan is to ramp a hell of a lot, and get dragons out early as possible. Once they're out, I use the mana for fire-breathing effects like Moonveil Dragon and Flameblast Dragon. Pairing with Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle makes my ramp more dangerous.

Draw is possibly somewhat lacking, but I have planeswalkers and Mind's Eye to test with at the moment.

There's no reason not to hold onto lots of removal though! Bane of Progress and Wave of Vitriol are excellent against enchantress/pillow fort/artifact decks. Chaos Warp and Song of the Dryads are good for spot removal, and Earthquake style effects are good against token armies on the ground. The Great Aurora can deal with any problems that might otherwise be difficult, and might even kill if I happen to draw Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle with it.

Since Atarka is my general, it would be RUDE not to have Xenagos, God of Revels in here too.
