I've been considering Smash to Smithereens, but my meta is kind of weird... Other than some of the more competitive players, no one tends to update their decks or build new ones. I'm not too worried about the ensoul deck because of this. If people start showing up with it, I'll throw some in, but as far as I'm aware there's just none in my meta.

hes pretty good against green decks, as well as red mirror and jeskai. I think he has a good matchup versus everything but abzan and control.

Honestly I would probably say the Magma Sprays and a Scab-Clan Berserker. For 3 Satyr Firedancers

Magma Spray doesn't seem like it thats good, as it can't even kill Deathmist Raptors, which is usually why the exile is good.

Scab-Clan Berserker is a cool card, but I don't don't think you need 6 cards for control. Satyr Firedancer is better versus more matchups. I agree its needed but to me it serves its purpose of a 2 of just as fine. You have Eidolon of the Great Revel anyway.

Alright, I've thrown Satyr Firedancer into the side! Hopefully I can rack up all these cards for game day. I'm still missing 4 abbot, a Chandra, a zurgo and SB pieces. Everything can easily be swapped for other cards in case I can't get my hands on them, but fingers crossed. Got a full trade binder to take in to game day and make some trades

I might try Anger of the Gods too, cause that does get rid of deathmist for good.

I like the deck a lot, I think the manabase will be awkward though. Its hard to have a turn 1 Bloodsoaked Champion and a turn 1 Monastery Swiftspear in the same deck. Any results?

With 8 t1 sources of black, I've not had an issue. It's been fun needing to stratgize what order to cast things in due to the double red 1 drop on t2 with a Bloodsoaked on t1, but so far I've not had many issues.

Temur Battle Rage

Oddly enough, I'm not a huge fan of Temur Battle Rage. I understand why it's played, it can really bring you a surprise early win, but I prefer having more removal in that slot. The combo win doesn't suit to my play style or my meta.

Surprisingly, not a huge fan of Temur Battle Rage My meta has a lot of abzan so typically it's not good for me to pour so many resources into one creature. I prefer having more tokens and Roasts in the slot that Temur Battle Rage goes in. This also suits my playstyle a lot better than playing the aggro/combo backup.
