So, I missed out on the Aristocrats deck back when it was in standard. As such, with the dawning of Athreos as a card, I decided it might be time to revisit it in a modern setting. As such, here's my take.

Athreos, God of Passage - The reason I started this deck. Can give you so much value from your creature base.

Cartel Aristocrat and Falkenrath Aristocrat - The engines of the deck. Just one of these two allow use to abuse all of our other cards.

Tidehollow Sculler, Doomed Traveler , and Fiend Hunter - With one of our sac outlets out, we can pull the ol' Oblivion Ring trick to turn the sculler and the hunter into permanent disruption. The traveler fills a similar function as it did with the original: tons of sac outlets. With Athreos out as well, these guys become really strong.

Reveillark - Even though we have Athreos, it's still a good idea to have options. Using Reveillark, we can not only give another strong sac outlet to our Aristocrats, but we can also recur any other threats from our graveyard. Works oddly with Athreos, but damn is it strong.

Path to Exile, Thoughtseize, and Terminate - Our disruption package. We don't need much thanks to our creature engine, but what we have should be efficient.
