Our low-budget playgroup bought a TBD booster box together. We totally forgot about the buy-a-box promo at first, but then one of us realized that it's a great low-budget commander!

Made with an upper limit of ~$2 a card, plus our communal pile of bulk cards, here is the list. The deck is designed for long games of attrition thanks to the revival effect of Athreos, Shroud-Veiled. Do you like Swords to Plowshares? How about casting it six times with Luminate Primordial? It's of course also loaded with a multitude of targeted removal and board wipes-who said white was bad?

The deck closes out the game with traditional Orzhov strategies: slowly collect interest on debt with cards like Cruel Celebrant and Corpse Knight, then force bankruptcy with Debt to the Deathless or Immortal Servitude!

Being a control deck the deck has more (budget) lands and ramp than usual.

This is actually my first non-jank commander deck. Feedback is much appreciated, and big thanks to Mtggoldfish for its budget commander guides.
