Working on making this a fairly budget counters and super friends deck. Trying to decide on some of the more expensive options, but I want this to move fast. Originally copied and tweaked from: https://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/04-06-18-atraxa-queen-of-counters/?cat=custom&sort= so give them some love.

The problem I keep running into is that I can either Proliferate but have nothing with counters on the field, have too many counters, or have too much high mana cost cards in hand to combo well. My solution is to add a bit more ramp, remove some of the "make opponents pay (X/life) to attack you," and to add some more low cost creatures that get tokens on the board earlier.

The maybe board are all cards that I really want to add, but I'm not sure what to get rid of or how to make room for them right now. Any other suggestions are extremely welcome as my card knowledge isn't super high. I am building this in real cardboard right now, and just dropped $188 on it. I'm willing to spend about $70 more - so any recommendations are very much needed!
