As the title says, this is a tribal deck built around Atraxa. Currently, all creatures are Phyrexian, but I wouldn't be opposed to adding non-Phyrexian creatures if they feel thematically appropriate. One of my goals with this deck was to avoid poison as much as possible, so while there are some poison counters generated from this deck, it is not the primary WinCon.
