I've always like Atraxa since it first came out... I ended up picking up 3 of original Atraxa commander 2016 decks (along with the rest). This deck is optomized land base that evolves around the proliferate theme from Atraxa, Praetors' Voice and other cards. Priority first to the +1/+1 counter, and doubling effects from Doubling Season and Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider. I would put this in the high powered casual.

Continues to revolves around the proliferate theme from Atraxa, Praetors' Voice and other new cards added recently. It now includes some of the "Toxic" from Phryexian All is one Set
