Ichor Rats is somewhat suboptimal in this deck as playing Atraxa, Praetors' Voice is not in the alpha plan of this CREATURELESS deck.
Blood Reckoning is a lesser Marchesa's Decree which I play because it brings monarch to the table (and at least a card for me) and have a nice effect to "protect" my planeswalkers.

Paliano, the High City does nothing in any commander deck except for my playgroup, where it acts as a second command tower, kinda. I'll get it in the sideboard and replace it for a Forbidden Orchard

I see the point of bringing Monarch to the table, although it rarely ever happened in the games we played here. Every time it happened, it was more chaotic than controllable what people would do and usually the players with few creatures had no say in how the Monarch was passed around, it basically ended in unpredictable card advantage for anyone...blinking with Venser requires Venser (lol) and sacrificing the land is quite a mana intensive action, repeatable only with Crucible. It Looks much like there's at least a 2 card "Combo" needed to even get some predictable value out of the Monarch mechanic without having creatures available.
However, if you are able to shut down attacks completely...then it's great to be the Monarch. Peacekeeper would be an additional aggro stopper I would consider over running Propaganda or Ghostly Prison, because it protects planeswalkers as well. I'm also thinking about getting Dueling Grounds for my deck, especially because of how well it works with Maze of Ith or Atraxa as a solid blocker/attacker with vigilance.
I haven't tested this in commander yet, but in my legacy stax I play Batterskull. As a living weapon it becomes a 5/5 creature under Humility. The germ becomes 1/1 instead of 0/0 and it gets +4/+4, vigilance and lifelink from the equipment...it even gets BETTER with Humility :DIt's also good to know that all sorts of manlands, such as Mishra's Factory, Inkmoth Nexus, Blinkmoth Nexus still work with Humility. They become the creatures as defined by their activated ability but lose all abilities they already had as lands. Inkmoth Nexus would be a 1/1 flying infect until end of turn but lose the mana ability while being the creature. Having an infect flyer when everone else stays on the ground is quite cool, especially with additional proliferate stuff like Contagion Clasp.
