I see a lot of things that you may want to tweak in this deck. I've been running a similar list myself for the past year.
The biggest problem I see is with your mana curve. You don't have a ton of mana ramp, and have 14 4 drops, excluding atraxa. A lot of these cards don't really do much in your list as well, such as living end. You'll want to fill out this deck more on the low end. Fixing draws is important, cards like divining top and sylvan library are great. You have tons of expensive creatures that don't particularly have synergy with each other. Cards like elesh norn are great, but don't really play into your game plan with atraxa. Same thing with iona, sheoldred, avacyn, craterhoof, etc. I'd limit yourself to a couple of gigantic creatures that you like, the rest will just slow down your gameplan and get stuck in your hand.
I'd recommend lowering the cost of your interaction. In modern, cryptic command is great. In commander, swan song is generally a superior spell, particularly when triple blue isn't easy to get with the deck. You're missing some great mana ramp too, astral cornucopia is great, but so is as foretold and everflowing chalice, with their proliferate triggers ramping more and more every turn. I also like bloom tender a lot in this deck, when atraxa's on the board, she taps for 4.
You're also running the wrong jace. Cunning castaway is the one that you want in this deck, it goes infinite with doubling season, producing one of the hardest to deal with threats that the deck has.
