Here's an answer:

Blue, loyal raptor sinergies

Other than your second commander Owen Grady, Raptor Trainer, also known as Chris Pratt in the real world, there are some ways to get good and useful counters on your dinos: Avian Oddity, Wingspan Mentor, and Agent's Toolkit give you flying; Slippery Bogbonder gives hexproof and moves any kind of counter on Blue, Loyal Raptor; cycling Titanoth Rex gives trample; Heightened Reflexes gives first strike; Agent's Toolkit gives deathtouch; That Which Was Taken makes you indestructible; Savage Stomp, Agent's Toolkit, Uncivil Unrest, and Rhythm of the Wild give you +1/+1 counters; Spectacular Showdown gives you double strike; Family's Favor and Agent's Toolkit give you shield counters. Interestingly with Oblivion Stone you might just need to put two fate counters (one on each of your commanders) and your whole board will be safe when you will clean everyone else's.

Tribal sinergies

In this deck there are few of the generally good tribal cards, only Roaming Throne, Herald's Horn, Reflections of Littjara, Raise the Palisade, Descendants' Path, and Kindred Summons; but quite a few Dinosaur specific tribal effects, like Belligerent Yearling, Cresting Mosasaurus, Earthshaker Dreadmaw, Hunting Velociraptor, Knight of the Stampede, Otepec Huntmaster, Palani's Hatcher, Sunfrill Imitator, Wrathful Raptors, Savage Order, Savage Stomp, Triumphant Chomp, Poetic Ingenuity, and Welcome to ...   (and its backside Jurassic Park  )

mana cheats

in addition to you run of the mill green ramps (Cultivate, Kodama's Reach, Nature's Lore, and Three Visits), and The one ring to rule even Sauron's ring: the Sol Ring; we have Jurassic Park  , Hulking Raptor, and Itlimoc, Cradle of the Sun   to add more than enough green mana; then Poetic Ingenuity and Bonehoard Dracosaur can help creating some treasures; Topiary Stomper will ram once too; in addition to that all dinosaurs will be discounted with Knight of the Stampede, Otepec Huntmaster, and Herald's Horn; you will have double mana thanks to Regal Behemoth; Ghalta, Primal Hunger, and Ancient Imperiosaur discount themselves; and sometimes Dino DNA can play some of your dead dinosaurs at a lower cost; but most importantly we can completely avoid paying for many cards thanks to either Descendants' Path, Hunting Velociraptor, Savage Order, Kindred Summons, Monster Manual, Elvish Piper, Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant and the discover keyword on Contest of Claws, and Dinosaur Egg;

So, your gameplan is very simple, get Blue, Loyal Raptor and Owen Grady, Raptor Trainer as soon as possible; and get as many keywords (as counters) on blue as soon as you can, then flood the board with a lot of buffed dinosaurs and wreck your opponents with some prehistoric violence
