Picked up a Doctor Who deckbox and sleeves (the police box) so naturally needed a blue & white deck to go with it! Haven't the slightest clue what the HELL I'm trying to do with this deck. Usual blue & white goodies like Propaganda & Ghostly Prison, Counterspells & Swords to Plowshares and whatnot. Moderate lifegain and responses included.
