Commander: Aurelia, the Warleader

My big Boros Aurelia deck. Designed to do ridiculous amounts of damage during the combat step... well after turn 6. This deck is extremely slow since it needs to hit 6 mana to start doing broken things but doesn't feature any green ramp to do so.

You want to be very conservative during the early game with your set up. Try not to draw aggro and set up for the your big Aurelia push. Her having haste is essential to the deck's success. It's all about pushing damage through the one time you strike. One of my favorite decks since that kind of playstyle is exhilarating. Wreaking Ogre is just bonkers since it makes Aurelia a lethal 6/7 Flying Doublestriker.

Features a very small Sunforger package mostly because I like the card and have no where else to put it.

Out:

Odric, Master Tactician - Deck rarely has enough creatures to make use of Captain No Blocks and he's going into the Heliod deck

Winds of Rath - Was in here because I always make an effort to play all the Wraths I own, better in Heliod... (Kind of) and this was never really the deck that wanted to cast Wrath that often anyway

Serra Avenger - Cut once again because too boring

Vessel of Endless Rest - Going into Lazav for potential Tunnel Vision combo

In:

Stonehewer Giant - Finally traded for him. Works well with Aurelia. Usually found in Voltron lists but I just like him for CA and value

Argentum Armor - The combo with this and Stonehewer Giant is just too sick for me to not try... lol

Celestial Archon - Seems nice even if Aurelia gets redundant flying

Burnished Hart - More Ramp!!!
