Boros was my first commander deck and my first experience with MTG. A friend gifted me Tajic, Blade of the Legion and since then I have been working on making this commander deck as good as I can without dumping too much money into it.

I figured I would finally put this deck up here to get some feed back on it.

My first attempt at this deck was just soldier spam. It was ok for a really budget deck but couldn't hold up to much. My second attempt at this deck focused more of double damage and doubling or tripling my attacks each turn. This was really cool when it worked but it was so inconsistent due to everything costing so much mana get get going. It was also a double edged sword as many damage doubling cards hurt myself too. This latest revision try's to focus on equipment's.

Mana is always an issue with this deck hence why I run lots of mana artifacts. I would love to get either more draw power or things like Land Tax, Smothering Tithe, and Dockside Extortionist, but these cards are both expensive and hard to find. The cards in the maybe board are cards that I have in other decks or sitting in my bins. The acquirer board is cards I would like to add if I could get my hands on them.

The main strategy of this deck works with is just powering up Aurelia, the Warleader with whatever equipment's I have at the time. With commander damage, Aurelia is normally a 1 hit KO. Even when not playing with commander damage she can still take out a bit over half of someone's life total in 1 turn. The backup plan is getting out Sunforger so I can search for whatever instants I need at the time.

Ingenious Smith has been nothing but miss for me so I'm looking to swap it for a different creature that is a bit more reliable for equipment's.
