Not a bad deck but I wonder why you need cards like True Conviction and Akroma's Memorial when you basically win if you clear the board except your stuff anyway. Cards that could help you get to where you win the game faster like Sol Ring would be more helpful.

True Conviction has been taken out. Sol Ring has been added.

for now i feel as tho card:Akroma's Memorial is just too good to take out as it offers not only avacyn but all of my creature a degree of protection (and general baddassery of course) from things like Ashes to Ashes / Cannibalize / Dismember / Sudden Death . Also it's just too funny when combined with Palace Guard which is probably my favorite white creature.

Snow-Covered Plains for Extraplanar Lens

actually half the people in my playgroup are already doing that so the point is kind of moot. besides i like my unlimited plains with their white borders... look good against white sleeves lol.

You could probably pull Armageddon , since your general has CMC 8 and your overall average CMC is over 4. Additionally, Kor Cartographer is welcome, even if it is only for deck thinning to draw gas late game. Land Tax is great by itself, but can be used especially well with Scroll Rack . Also, Angel of Jubilation has found a its way into most of my decks that contain white, but I suppose that's a meta choice. Nice deck. Oh, don't forget Serra Ascendant probably being the best 1 drop creature in the format.

I also second Snow-Covered Plains , but for Scrying Sheets or Cover of Winter , not Extraplanar Lens .

If you're going for a delay game, you may want to consider things like Ghostly Prison and Sphere of Safety as well. Glacial Chasm is really great once your opponent starts getting a lot of creatures out. Instead of taking their full wrath each turn you just take two damage.

Armageddon will hurt you more than your opponents since you have so many high costing spells. It's probably a good idea to remove it.

haha seems like you're all afraid of a little land wipe! if i have better board position i'll use Armageddon regardless of whether or not avacyn is on the field. it's about stalling and sometimes completely locking out opponents and due to my mana ramp and deck that is designed to recover I come out on top 9/10 times cuz i can prepare for it turns beforehand.

As per the tax suggestions... that's also a negative. Why waste card slots trying to deal with creatures when one board wipe solves it simply?

Fountain of Cho ?

Crucible of Worlds feels like a bit of a waste here when you're not running any fetches (as in add fetches, don't remove crucible). I know its good with Armageddon, but honestly thats what your general is for.

Is there any reason you're not running Pearl Medallion in the deck? I'm also slightly concerned with how low your land count for a mono-white deck is. 34 seems too low, especially when mono-white struggles with card draw.

I like the deck, it goes a bit of a different route then my Avacyn deck, but it looks great! I actually prefer true conviction to stay in the deck (however I'm also running feldar soveirgn). It (with equipment) can make avacyn knock someone out with one attack. Also, consider running some Ajani and Elspeth planswalkers. They are huge powerhouses and help your board state a lot! Allows you to Armageddon or ravages of war more often.

Are you sure Cataclysm is a good idea? It makes you sacrifice permanents, but Avacyn doesn't protect your permanents from getting sacrificed. You'll lose almost everything too.
