Dawn Elemental instead of Seraph of the Sword unless you're trying to keep the amount of angels high. I see it's not necessarily tribal, but I'm not one to scoff at using something slightly inferior in exchange for concepts.

Protector of the Crown might interest you. I personally view it as a better Palisade Giant in this deck

I can see how beneficial the card draw could be. If I have it I might trade it out.

Sun Titan + Oblivion Stone is also a nasty interaction with Avacyn out.

Coat of Arms seems win-more, perhaps consider Mind's Eye or The Immortal Sun / Staff of Nin because you're mono white and all. I see this a lot with cards like Coat of Arms , if the creatures you have out are already big enough, giving them +2-+4 isn't really going to change up the game as much as it would for say a Goblin deck where not only are goblins really easy to generate at no card cost, also get much more out of the effect Coat of Arms provides. Adding realistically say +3 to 3 5/5-on-average-ish angels that all cost you a card to make isn't as good as adding +10 to 10 1/1 goblin tokens that can be easily generated. If it's not providing some sort of other benefit like vigilance or haste or something then it's just a liability since it is a symmetrical effect. I suggest any of the card draw above.

You lack lands, any meaningful ramp or card draw. High CMC with the hope of you not getting blown out of the water. Idk what your meta is like, but ramp and card draw will help you IMMENSELY. Glad you took the sugestion of mind's eye and nin to heart, those will be very helpful

Mind Stone , Hedron Archive , Commander's Sphere serve as both ramp when you need them and card draw when you don't.

Swords to Plowshares , Path to Exile and Generous Gift are all good removal you should be running as well to ensure you can interact with your opponent's boardstate prior to casting your angels.

If you want opinions on cuts, lmk

Card draw I'm a little lacking perhaps, but I've very rarely run into issues with ramp with what I have. It's by no means a competitive deck.

Hey! The deck looks sweet, but I think that having only 34 lands is quite dicey. Missing land drops is one of the biggest threats to your chance of winning, and I think that Endless Horizons does not fix your problem. 4 mana is too much for only a basic land tutor. I would cut the Endless Horizons for a Tithe which pretty much does the same thing, but can be played on turn 1. Then I would bump up the land count to 37 or 38.

Furthermore, I recommend running Memory Jar. Memory Jar is a strong late game play that can be recurred for continuous value with Emeria Shepherd and Faith's Reward. Even without recursion, it gives you a turn full of gas in the late game. I would replace Mind's Eye or Staff of Nin with this card.

Speaking of Emeria Shepherd synergy, Burnished Hart is excellent. Not only does it allow 2 landfall triggers, but it is excellent land-based ramp by itself. Land-based ramp is safer then rocks, which is why Sword of the Animist is so good and why I'm a strong advocate of Wayfarer's Bauble. Also, imagine Burnished Hart + Emeria Shepherd + Memory Jar + Smothering Tithe. With those 4 cards you can draw your entire deck and cast everything, given that you have achieved a critical concentration of plains in your deck, Sic include more Plains.

Anyways, I hope this helps. Cheers! :)

Looks like a really nice decklist so far. I am a bit curious why you do not run Catastrophe in this list, as this is an addition MLD or alternatively an additional wrath, whatever you need more.

In addition, Ravages of War seems to fit your theme as well. And it is available in a foil judge promo card - could not miss noticing that you seem to be into foil cards, LikesGuys ;-)

Keeper of the Accord might be a decent insert.
