"A golden helix streaked skyward from the Helvault. A thunderous explosion shattered the silver monolith and Avacyn emerged, free from her prison at last."

Welcome to this angel-based deck. It is hard to have a mono-white almost tribal entirely made of angels, so I had to focus on the early game, which is our biggest problem. Here is a small review about the deck.

WHY THIS DECK?

I started playing MTG because of angels. I looked upon the arts and said "damn this is good". Past some days, I got a pretty bad life-gain angel deck, and started to improve it. Now, I ended up with this. 200 Dolars later, I love this deck more than any other. Enjoy :D

EARLY GAME

As I said before, we have small problems in the early. Our Wall of Omens and removals help us getting the board peaceful until our doom hits it. From turns 1~3 is where our struggle lies, so your hand gotta have something for these turns. Turn 4 is the beggining of the angels wraph. Gisela, the Broken Blade is constantly in my hand, dropping her early helps survival + tons of damage if you cast Always Watching . Thalia's Lancers gives you a lot of things to go for, but as the name says, AVACYN, ANGEL OF HOPE IS OUR MAIN. When I drop her, my friends always just concede. But you can choose based in you situation. The following turns are just controlling the game, don't rush it if you don't have Always Watching or Heliod, God of the Sun, keep always your angels straight up.

REMOVALS

We are running a set of 4 Path to Exile and 4 Journey to Nowhere. Path is perfect. No other comments. Journey you can exchange for 4 Oblivion Ring but I'd rather keep Journey. 2 mana to exile and adding 1 to your devotion, love it. Godsend can help you a lot with the exiling. That card is OP.

BUFFS

We have some cards that make our girls big. Defy Death gives 2 +1/+1 counters. Gisela, the Broken Blade gets BIG if you use in her. Light from Within is so strong in this deck, I only run 1 of it because I can't find it anywhere in my local stores. 2 Always Watching +1/+1 and vigilance is op. Heliod, God of the Sun for a giant creature and vigilance. Even some other small creatures.

SIDEBOARD

It can have anything you want, it was not my focus, but I had no problems with these:

Devout Lightcaster: counters black decks + lots of devotion.

Revoke Existence: can help with Tron and other things.

Brave the Elements: is mainly agains // removals.

Collective Effort: is a Suspension Field, but the +1/+1 is very good.

Reya Dawnbringer: a Emeria, The Sky Ruin for 9 mana? perfect for late games.

Angel of Serenity: Exceptional for a late game card. Exiling and then giving back to the enemy's hand is tottally annoying! My friends now hate me!

Do you want your friends to hate you even more? Buy Quicksilver Amulet and use it. Modern legal, perfect for this deck, not in because of the budget (too expensive in my country)

Hope you guys like it, it is by far my favorite deck, i have a lot of fun playing this beauty. I'm open to any suggestions, I want to improve this deck, wich already is very good.
