You should probably avoid using 
in a row like that. It only works properly for a defined page width, so if I'm using something like a phone to view the webpage it just collapses over two rows. You could fix this with a bunch of JavaScript if you wanted.
Also, on the deck side of things, 28 land feels really low, especially since one of them isn't a functional land either.

28 lands is really low I agree. I'll tackle that issue in the FAQ section when I get there. The build has enough mana ramp and search to overcome that hurdle basically.

You still run into the problem of not having the initial mana required to play said ramp though.
Also, with Crucible of Worlds you really should be running Strip Mine, Arid Mesa, Marsh Flats, Flooded Strand and Windswept Heath. With crucible and a fetch land, it guarantees a land drop every turn.

Strip Mine I had to take out due to too many complaints from my playgroup. I'll keep it in the sideboard as a reminder for when they tick me off. As for the fetch lands, I haven't made it a priority to acquire them. I'll be sure to pick them up soon. Thank you very much for your advice, I seriously appreciate it.

how about a gold myr. I also favor fountain of cho. it lets u save up mana, even if it starts slow. Akroma's Memorial is also a nice card. with this kindof mana... brave the elements is also quite nice for evasion. and its 1 mana. I still remember when i first heard of avacyn. i was like: whoah. it was one of those, im a noob this card is great moments. Like when i saw army of the damned. Later i ended up pulling a foil mardu ascendancy, and trading it for avacyn. I dunno why that was fair, but im happy with it.

So I thought about Cathars' Crusade and it doesn't fit this build much. I'm not casting creatures every turn. Akroma's Memorial is already in the deck and foiled out of course.
Avacyn is amazing, totally.

Your Avacyn deck is coming along nicely! Mine is slowly getting there. Would you be able to present mine as well? My build focuses on aggro, lifegain and of course, destruction. If you can present mine like you did with poptartz, that'd be awesome.

How do you function with only 28 land? I understand that you have mana rocks and whatnot, but it seems like it's still a bit on the low side.

I just do.. Sensei's Divining Top and Land Tax help out a lot. I've actually won a game with just Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx and Mana Crypt after my lands were destroyed.

There's a folder on the top right of your user bar. Click it, then click alters. Upload, then copy the code once it's done and input that into the "commander" bar of your deck. If you need more help, feel free to ask.

For the Avacyn art under the "General," did you place an image of Avacyn over the Wrath of God Magic Player Rewards art? It looks really awesome!

Have you thought about Sigarda's Aid at all? It seems like it would be broken as all hell in the deck. Also very nice! I'm working on an Avacyn deck myself and this is very helpful!

Wow! What a nice build! I started building my Avacyn deck a couple of months ago, and it had come a long way in such a short time.

looks good. Cathar's Crusade would be beast with the token generators. Hour of reckoning is nice, convoke. and even if u dont have avacyn out for some reason or another, it doest kill the angel tokens. akroma's memorial 4th turn would be nice. especially with 3rd turn avacyn. gives things haste, evasion, vig and stuffs. and gives avacyn trample... definitly more evasion
