So, aside from where the deck started, as a pure combo deck, and the evolution of the deck.
I decided I needed a better description of the deck explaining what it does, and why it does what it does.

The official name I would call the deck is Loot Delve, RB Suicide Delve, Turmoil Burn, Tasigur's Workout or something like that. Our goal with the deck is to get as much value out of our cards, cycling through the deck, and playing the pieces you need to deal with your opponents deck while beating them down.

One of the strengths of the deck is to control the pace at which you throw cards in the yard, or draw cards to get answers, and what lines you run. You can go for that turn two Gurmag Angler or Tasigur, or you can wait, control the field and deconstruct your opponent's hand.

Delving for Compliments:
Faithless Looting well, it loots, and can be played from the yard, but often we don't have to. It is an aggressive option to get cards into the yard for delve, look for answers, and throw bad draws away.
Mishra's Bauble is simply a cantrip that reveals information. During faster matchups it can be played and dropped without much thought, just to basically drop the number the cards in the deck, look for answers AND look at your top card to check what your sequencing should be. Or check your opponents top card and understand what your sequencing should be.
Gitaxian Probe gives the same kind of information, and checks your sequencing, and is Delve food just like Bauble. However, it can also drop your life total when you want it to if you have the option to pay for it, or just to pay 2 life.
Street Wraith is one of the weakest of the cyclers in this deck, at the cost of 2 life it's a card in the yard for Delve and theoretically drops the number of cards in the deck just like Probe and Bauble. The neat accidental thing it does is put creatures in the yard against Living End decks.
Tasigur, the Golden Fang is not very likely to be activated, but can push for more cards in the hand and feed Delve as well. In order to pay for it, we need some combination of two Gemstone Mine or a lucky Gemstone Caverns.
bloostained mire thins the deck, plays to delve, fixes mana against situations and can turn about Blood Moon strategies.
Gemstone Mine is the single most criticized card in the deck, simply because it's not understood. Mainboard, it allows Taisgur to be activated, when it's used up it can be used for delve, and at a single point in time can essentially be used to pay for 2 of any delve spell, which can make it difficult for our opponent's to sequence their plays. Sideboard it allows us to run the strongest out to some of the biggest weaknesses we may face from other sideboards such as possible Blood Moons, Spellskites, and Leyline of Sanctity, which is Destructive Revelry. On accident, it may let us pay for the Pacts from Hivemind copies like Summoner's Pact as well, which is an awesome side-effect.

The outlets we have for delving are: Murderous Cut, Tasigur, the Golden Fang, Gurmag Angler, and possibly Tombstalker (--Tombstalker is not currently in the deck, but I am arguing for it to be a one-of somewhere in the 75. Evasion is neat, and a 5/5 flier for 2 is just better than a 4/4 trampler for one).

Feel the Burn!:
Eidolon of the Great Revel is one of the cornerstones of the deck, being able to play it on turn one punishing your opponent for casting things and the idea of casting spells into it to drop our own life total in order to cast Death's Shadow, is where this little Spirit from Hell shines brightest. Not only can we someone take on the appearance of a burn deck, but we can actually be a burn deck. It also notable can shut-down decks with Storm strategies.
Lightning Bolt does this card actually need explained anymore?
Kolaghan's Command is the prime two-for-one card that just so happens to be in our colors does everything our deck does and in the worst case can just shock an opponent and potentially draw a card.

No Pain, No Gain:
Street Wraith lose 2 life draw a card.
Lightning Bolt cases can be made for bolting yourself.
Eidolon of the Great Revel casting spells into it can feel a) dangerous, b) like a strange 2 for
Thoughtseize loses 2 life and peels a card.
Gitaxian Probe has the choice of paying 2 life.
Bloodstained Mire lose a life, fix your mana.
Blood Crypt shock yourself.

Trimming the Fat:
Kolaghan's Command can be an ok form of removal in that case when we need it to be.
Lighting Bolt seriously though, not explaining it.
Murderous Cut remove a threat for one mana, you know. Sometimes ok, sometimes amazing. When there is a turn one Griselbrand trying to connect, it can be pretty good. Just a situation, but a valid one.
Terminate recently got it's day back in the spotlight as the great spell it is, it doesn't always work with Spell Snare being more plentiful these days, but it's still a very powerful kill-a-thing spell.
Duress / Inquisition of Kozilek / Thoughtseize all have the same idea behind them but function widely against a range of cards. In the case where you don't get any cards from your opponent to adequately one-for-one, you still get information and throw a card that you can delve. Current pool is 1/1/4, I would like them to be 1/2/3.

On the Side:
I am only going to include what I think may be the permanent sideboard cards here.
Destructive Revelry as previously stated, it removes cards we cannot otherwise play around being in Red and Black, But why not just play Jund? I'm not even going to dignify that.
Mogis, God of Slaughter this guy is the underrated sideboard tech in RB that no one knows yet. In the grindy control matches where decks are playing Keranos, God of Storms we are pretty much playing the same thing a turn, or two even, ahead, if we have permission to.Spellskite is pretty much the same good answer against Infect, aggro, burn, Bogles, or Shotgun strategies, as it is in most other decks.
Rakdos Charm since it's in our colors and creates an out to Twin, slows or stops other yard based decks, and then can remove artifacts on a whim. I've used it against Fairies to just have all their obnoxious fliers kill them too, so that's a pretty awesome application.

All the things that people usually welcome to their lists are welcome here as well. I also welcome the unwelcome. :p
