Sideboard

"So there were, like, these two monks out driving, you knowAnd they were kinda hit by, like, another car or whateverAnd, like, the guy in the car that had hit them was totally freaked outBut all were all cool cuz the monk were, like, able to transcend dents and stuff" - no one ever

Tribal monks in frontier? Sounds dumb? Well yeah, of course it's dumb! There's no tribal support for monks! So let's play prowess instead!

The strategy is simple: play some monk that cares about noncreature spells and then play som noncreature spells to make things go bonkers. Monastery Swiftspear is as broken as usual, Abbot of Keral Keep and Elusive Spellfist are solid monks, Soulfire Grand Master make us as good as impossible to try to race and Monastery Mentor is always to good to pass up. And best of all: they are all monks.

For spells we've got the standard set of Titan's Strength and Temur Battle Rage , but also Become Immense , Blossoming Defense and Atarka's Command from adding green and white to the mix. Lightning Strike and Expedite are just good cards.

The side board is a total mess, there are too many good options...and the mana base might need a little tweak. But apart from that all this seems like good times!

Feel free to leave any comments, all suggestions are very welcome - except for suggestions that include adding non-monk creatures to the deck list, that would ruin all the positive energy.
