Let's add proliferate to the budget meta. Combo is too tough to pull off at this lower price point, and combat is too easy to repel, so let's find that third path and likely resolve the game in under 10 turns: Proliferate!

You know how these decks go--I have miscellaneous counters, my opponents have poison ones, and each turn I will aim to increase the amount of both. Falco Spara, Pactweaver affords me some bonus draw on those otherwise unused counters. Let's see how it goes.

This deck is on the Budget: Proof of Concept Stage, so I'll give it a go for around 6 months a year, and, if I enjoy it, I'll throw some cash at it slowly over time to bring into the fold as a traditional, unrestricted EDH deck. Of note, this deck compleats my Bird Cycle with Balmor, Breena, and Kangee filling out the remainder of the color pie. So, now I have a bird that can tap into every color of magic, and I can kick up my feet until we get our first colorless legendary bird.
