There are also a few mana intensive cards that say if you have x life you win. so you could cheese the win that way too :) like Felidar Sovereign

Ugin, the Spirit Dragon is not something you want in here. He comes down too late game, and is meant for board wipes.
Since this is meant to be damage-evasion, you may want to play mono-white fog!! (AKA Holy Day, Kami of False Hope, Dawn Charm)

Jace, its actually a very nice card to have in this deck it doesn't happen every time, but the times I am able to get 3 sol rings within the first 3 rounds I can get him on the board, then 2 rounds later I can use his last ability and throw down 7 more cards with no mana cost

I love the concept, but the mana curve is rough. You might try Knight of the White Orchid and Martyr of Sands to get you there faster and keep yourself alive. I also think you might try Chalice of Life Flip to help keep you afloat. And I'd definitely try Dawn Charm and/or Ethereal Haze. I think Dawn Charm actually might serve you better than Aegis Angel. Alternately, you could do Valorous Stance for keeping your trick alive or killing their beastie.
To make room, I think you could do without Ugin, who seems to be kind of off-strategy here, Ajani, who seems to be mostly fun instead of effective, and maybe Serra Ascendant, who seems to belong in a deck that is primary-life gain instead of primary pariah combo. Some thoughts. Good luck, and let me know how it goes!

im confused about you running that Ajani, Caller of the Pride. maybe im missing something..? also, you dont need 4 elixers of immortality.
at this point id say try to get your curve down a bit. i like the earlier suggestion of Dawn Charm, and id also suggest some pillow fort ideas like Ghostly Prison. you might also like Mana Tithe, Honor of the Pure, and i'd highly recommend switching to Ajani Goldmane. i think he makes a lot more sense for this deck. but once again, i dont think you should have 4 of the same planeswalker. with that in mind Elspeth Tirel could be good for securing your lategame.
i have a lot of suggestions, but im trying to keep with the theme of your build lol. buuuut, i will say that if you want a colorless plainswalker, you do not need ugin. ive playtested this a couple times. he will make your good matchups better, and your bad matchups worse. you'd be better off with some spells that answer your oppenents.

You could trade your two Cho-Manno, Revolutionary by two Dawn Elemental. They have the same CMC but the Elemental is a 3/3 with flying and it's not legendary.
Ajani Steadfast last ability could be cool.
I would also suggest Archangel of Thune and Ajani's Pridemate

I have 2 and 2 on cho manno and dawn elemental because turn 2 I can throw down a cho manno if I get a sol ring where as dawn elemental I've got a minimum of 4 turns before I can play

after playtesting against one of my casual decks a few times i ran into a couple issues.first being only being able play and use the Elixir of Immortalitys and the Sunbeam Spellbombs for the first 6 turns. during that time i only got 3 mana. whether it was a bad match-up or i got a crap hand idk but your deck ended up losing game one (whether i kept a bad hand or for whatever reason) because i didnt draw into anything i could play for a long while.
game 2 ended up being amazing for this deck. game ended with a 44/44 Serra Ascendant with a Sunbond and Pariah on it.
Game three ended in a loss because it fell to a board wipe which disrupted field presence and couldnt recover before getting swarmed.
looking at my games i have some suggestions: look to increase mana to 22 and ease out your mana curve; maybe add some tutors. maybe drop one each of the Elixir of Immortality, Sunbeam Spellbomb, Aegis Angel and Rhox Faithmender and add in four Knight of Meadowgrainor other cheap lifelink creature.
thats just my take on things. i really like the idea behind the deck and admittedly i play more aggro than combo oriented decks so like it or leave it theres my advice
