Two cards I see in here that I'm personally not fond of are Orzhova, the Church of Deals and Healer of the Pride. I think the effect on the Church of Deals is too overcosted for what it is - you could drop an entire Agent of Masks for that much mana, and Agent of Masks still isn't a very good card.
I would recommend Suture Priest over Healer of the Pride. The effect and body are weaker, but cheaper is good, and it stings the opponent as well.

@nittykitty
I like the ideas I'll hunt down a suture priest. I'm debating on a hall of the bandit lord so i can try it over church of deals?

I think I would go with an Ancient Tomb over anything else in the place of Church of Deals - when you have so much lifegain, you start being really able to spend the life more easily on black's expensive card draw and other fun abilities. Ancient Tomb can be kind of expensive though.

I think i can do both of those. I am trying to find places for a few other thing's. I know i want a sorin (w/b either) and land tax and bitterblossom in here sooner then later.

I think Lord of Innistrad is the better B/W Sorin. Solemn Visitor's abilities, I think, are better in a Mardu deck than an Orzhov one.

Wall of Omens and especially Beacon of Immortality jump out at me as not particularly useful. I would only ever, ever run Beacon of Immortality with Tainted Remedy, because that's the sickest way I can think of to kill off someone. So, yeah, bin those two for Lord of Innistrad and Bitterblossom.
