Ayli, Eternal Pilgrim brings excellent synergy opportunities to the table with her two abilities. Her first ability is the primary goal here, but the second provides control opportunities where necessary.

Some direct control options- Ayli, Eternal Pilgrim + Viridian Longbow , best used in response or preceding players end phase. Also Leonin Relic-Warder, Fiend Hunter, and Angel of Serenitycan be used to permanently removed creatures/other, by sac'ing as they enter forcing 2nd ability to resolve before the 1st through stack priority dynamics.

This deck is loaded up with creatures that have ETB or death triggers to benefit, sac, benefit, recur, benefit..... Having a decent amount of return from graveyard options. Combine this with cards likeBlack Market and Alhammarret's Archive + Sanguine Bond .

I've included a decent quantity of token generation which lend well to setting up Westvale Abbey   - Ormendahl, Profane Prince  , toss in a Faith's Reward, sac whatever possible with Ayli and BOOM.

Other notables. Liliana, Heretical Healer   works well in this deck as she can be transformed on our own terms Liliana, Defiant Necromancer  . Sorin, Solemn Visitor, If it can be managed to pull off either emblem and throw in a Dictate of Erebos or Grave Pact (not currently in deck), and our opponents are in a pretty tough spot.Cabal Coffersworks great with Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth.

I've intentionally left out Exquisite Blood, as my play group doesn't allow 2 card win combo's Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond . There is little enjoyment to that type of win condition, and I'm playing for entertainment not $$. To each his own the option exists.

I welcome your comments and ideas. I'm certain many of you have some great ideas to tweak this deck. There are many options available that can provide slightly different tools without rewriting the dynamics of the deck. I will update as I adapt the deck, and throw in some situational sideboard thoughts.
