On its own I don't think Rings of Brighthearth is worth it in Azami. Personally, once I saw Dramatic/Scepter combo I replaced my Basalt Monolith and Rings. If you were running Arcanis the Omnipotent as commander I think it'd be a different story cause you could simply pay 2 to draw another 3.
Personally, I'm a bit biased when it comes to planeswalkers. Ask any of my friends and they'll tell you that I greatly dislike running them. My reason is that most of them aren't worth running. Walkers generally are best when you have them out for awhile so that they can net you value in their various ways and most of the decks I build are meant to be cost efficient and fast. Even with me changing my build for Azami to be more control oriented and slow-paced, I don't believe I will run any walkers. Biases aside, I think Teferi is one of the exceptional walkers that can be worth running. You'll primarily use him to get extra draws and more mana with his -1 and he generally pays for himself or nets you mana in some cases. I have tested with him before in the Temporal build and cut him cause I just didn't feel that he was strong enough. I found that he needs a very specific scenario to be worth it in my build. You may feel differently and he could work out well for you.

AzamiLadyofScrolls Enter the Infinite has always been a hard cut for me because it's a one-card I automatically win button if it goes off. Given the dramatic/Scepter combo, I think it worth it to cut for another rock, tho. What do you think about running Rings of Brighthearth without the monolith? It can still be useful in a few situations, but useful enough? And do you think my Planeswalker belongs?
