The basic ways to win are with Lighthouse Chronologist, and Jace, Wielder of Mysteries.

Alternative win condition is Triskaidekaphile, and Thassa's Oracle.

Infinite Combo Pieces: Azami, Lady of Scrolls + Mind Over Matter = Infinite Draw.

Omniscience + Azami, Lady of Scrolls + Venser, Shaper Savant or AEther Adept = Infinite Draw

Isochron Scepter imprinted with Dramatic Reversal + Nyx Lotus = Infinite mana. With adding Azami, Lady of Scrolls also = Infinite Draw.

Archaeomancer + Riptide Laboratory + Time Warp = Infinite Extra Turns.

There's more generalized combos such as Templebell to get the ball rolling but I'm not going to point out all of them. Half the fun is finding what works together.

I recommend playing for stalling the game as hard as possible. That doesn't mean wasting counterspells on just anything. Save your control for protecting Azami, Lady of Scrolls. She is paramount to being able to play this deck. Time your casting of Azami, Lady of Scrolls well by making certain you can protect her. Azami is required to conscript the other wizards into storming the library for the greater secrets of the universe.

If you want to feel like you're running around the book covered walls of a wizard tower while conscripting other wizards you find along the way to discover the secrets of the universe, then this deck is for you. I personally like finding different ways to win the game outside of combat and this deck is my favorite. You basically sit aside and play your own game while everyone else is ungabungaing their way through the game. You get to do I unga, therefore I bunga.
