This is my first attempt at a competitive standard deck for use at the local FNM. My goal is to control the board using counters and removal while generating card advantage using the draw spells. Once the board has stabilized, I cast Elspeth or Aetherling as a finisher. Elixir of Immortality is there to gain back some life against early damage while at the same time replenishing my library. The sideboard is pretty rough right now, so I'd really appreciate some help with it. A couple things to note is that I do not have a massive budget and so cannot afford Mutavault or Sphinx's Revelation, both of which I know would be good in this deck. Any and all feedback is greatly appreciated!
