Perhaps Blind Obedience ? when your opponent tosses out a creature... it cant immediately block?
dont know what I would take out for it tho...

I would drop the bioshift for Ordeal of Heliod . The ordeal cards were so meant for decks like this. It has the ability to power up your creatures but more often than not you sacrifice it the turn you play it. Can you imagine the way people would run a spell if for 2 cmc you had a spell that said "put a +1/+1 counter on target creature, gain 10 life" that's basically the way it should work for you

Have you considered using Blessing ? It works great with Fabled Hero and an Aqueous Form on the fabled hero. If you have a lot of plains left this could leave your opponent crying for life!

I'm working on a similar deck right now. I would suggest getting Phalanx Leader put in there and a couple ordeals. I prefer Ordeal of Thassa to get more cards in your hand since you'll be burning through all your cheap cards so fast.

I would recommend losing the ethereal armors, they can allow for some ridiculously fast wins with favored hoplite but I find that if they got removal you get really screwed. Nothing is worse than getting a hand that's 3 ethereal armor, 1 ordeal 2 land and a hoplite then getting thoughtseized.
You also want as much cards that have herioc as possible. I would take out 2x Daxos of Meletis for 2x Phalanx Leader , as he is cheaper and triggers heroic. You can get your evasion through the Aqueous forms and if you so like: Cavalry Pegasus
I'd make the following changes
-3 Ethereal Armor
+1 Aqueous Form
+1 Ordeal of Thassa
-2 Daxos of Meletis (He is good sideboard material)
+1 Favored Hoplite
+2 Phalanx Leader
and sideboard Blind Obedience , its good stuff

oh my bad, looks like you already have Aqueous Form in there, have you considered of Brave the Elements ? I personally agree with kaiserkevin on the matter of how much spot removal is available atm, not to mention boardwipes, (there's rootborn defences for that). the reason I like Brave the Elements is because circle of protection is SOOOO good on offence or defence, infact it has won me many games.
I made a similar deck if you wanna pull ideas from it;double striking heroics (deCiphered)
