First time posting a deck idea, but here is goes. This deck was initially based off of the Teferi, Timebender plainswalker deck from the Dominaria set. The basic idea is to counter your opponent's plays using cards like Cancel and Syncopate. All the while, filling your board w/ cheap artifacts like "Sparing Construct", "Voltaic Servant", and Treasure tokens from "Treasure Map". Once enough are on the board, then you use the final chapter of "The Antiquities War" to hit the opponent w/ an army of 5/5 artifact creatures. Tips, reviews, and advise is welcome, but this is built around a specific budget (so no mentioning please of "Karn", "Teferi, Hero of Dominaria", or "Tezzeret, Artifice Master").
