Mono Blue Merfolk for Kitchen Table MTG.

I have only goldfished this deck, and only against the Lotus Field Combo and Izzet Phoenix Pioneer precons.

Seems to work well with 4 Aether Vial and only 18 Islands. Seems to be able to do a lot of damage quite quickly.

Card draw and explore works fairly consistently and it needs it.

Roaming Throne works wonderfully with Svyelun and Reejery in the mid game.

I need to try it against other deck archetypes. The Sideboard is WIP.
