Very cheap white/blue deck with wizard - Azors Elocutors. There is lot of prevent damage and counter spells. I think, that very important creature is Elite Arcanist. When you exlie Clockspinning you can give counters on Azors Elocutors again and again. You can also exile some prevent spell, counter spell or Steady Progress.So if you have luck, you can win game in 6 rounds. Nice game
